Play. Practice. Progress.

Therapy can leave the room with you.

MindCare+ is a quiet world for practicing skills between sessions. You keep what you learn, come back to see what opened, and stay beside a therapist — not instead of one.

Why it exists

Worksheets are easy to leave on the table.

A skill is more useful if you can pick it up again on a regular Tuesday. MindCare+ is for that in-between time: a place that remembers you practiced, without turning a hard day into a score.

“I want to come back and see what I can unlock.”

The feeling the world is built around

The loop

Learn it, try it, keep a piece of it.

  1. 01

    Learn

Meet a skill with your therapist, or in an activity they assigned.

  2. 02

    Practice

Try it in a short quest, not on a worksheet you put down later.

  3. 03

    Earn

Coming back, exploring, and practicing can earn XP, coins, and tokens.

  4. 04

    Unlock

New pieces of your world, character, and toolbox can open up.

  5. 05

    Build

Place what you earn. The room starts to feel like yours.

  6. 06

    Practice again

Pick the skill back up from My Toolbox between sessions.

My World

A room that grows because you showed up.

Everyone starts with a simple space. Furniture, plants, views, and corners can arrive as you practice. The room is allowed to feel like you. It is not a report card for how you are doing.

Quests

Short stories for a skill, not a test you have to pass.

A quest names the skill, lets you try it, asks what you noticed, then can leave you with something for your world or toolbox. When it is right, there is room to say “something else” so a therapist can see how you were thinking.

My Toolbox

Skills you can hold in your hands later.

The toolbox keeps a skill nearby. Open an item and it tells you what it is for, when it might help, and how to practice it again.

  • Calm Bottle

A bottle you can open when you need a slower breath.

  • Thought Cloud

A cloud for a thought you do not have to hold so tightly.

  • Momentum Seed

A seed for one small next step.

  • Focus Beats

A little rhythm for coming back to the present.

For therapists

You stay in the chair.

Therapists assign, review, unlock, and practice together in session. Not every door opens by itself. You decide what is open, assigned, or still with you.

What this is not

A game, with the lights still on.

MindCare+ does not replace a therapist. It carries skill-building into the rest of the week.

Progress is about showing up and practicing. A hard day does not take away what someone already earned.

Sensitive material stays clinician-guided when it should. Harmful behavior is never the thing being scored.
